Lamb’s lettuce with roasted Chinese mushrooms

Ingredients

100 g Lambs lettuce, fresh
200 g Chinese mushrooms, fresh
1/4 g (1 pinch) Pepper
10 ml (1 tbsp) Vinegar
10 ml (1 tbsp) Olive oil
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)

Cooking Instructions

Lamb’s lettuce with roasted Chinese mushrooms

Wash the lamb’s lettuce. For the dressing, mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Clean the Chinese mushrooms and roast them in hot butter, add salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce, mix it and add the roasted mushrooms. Serve with toasted white bread.
