¼ kg | Vermicelli noodles (long) |
1 liter | Chicken broth, low |
1 liter | Water |
½ head | Cabbage, small |
1 cup | Carrots |
3 stalks | Spring onions |
2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 tsp | Pepper, ground |
Cooking Instructions
Place a sauce pan over medium heat, pour oil and sauté garlic and onion. Add water and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add carrots and cook for a few minutes until half-done. Then add cabbage and green onions and cook for anohter few minutes. Finally add noodles and cook until al dente and vegetables are tender yet crisp. Season with pepper.
