Ingredients

5 ml (1 tsp) Cooking oil (1)
3.74 g (2 tsp) Garlic, minced (1)
5 ml (1 tsp) Cooking oil (2)
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced (2)
1.87 g (1tsp) Ginger, minced (2)
30 g (⅛ cup) Rice, uncooked (2)
240 ml (1 cup) Water
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground

Cooking Instructions

Pour oil (1) in a hot pan and sauté garlic until it is golden brown. Set aside. In the same pan,
sauté garlic, ginger and rice (2). Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer until rice is cooked.
Season with pepper and put toasted garlic on top before serving.
