Cooking Instructions
Pour oil (1) in a hot pan and sauté garlic until it is golden brown. Set aside. In the same pan,
sauté garlic, ginger and rice (2). Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer until rice is cooked.
Season with pepper and put toasted garlic on top before serving.
