25 g (1/4 cup) | Bihon noodles |

20 g (1 pc) | Toasted bread |
10 g (2 tsp) | Butter, unsalted |
Cooking Instructions
Place a pan over medium heat and pour oil. Sauté garlic, onion, celery and carrots. Set the vegables aside.
Place a saucepan over medium heat, bring water to boil and add bihon noodles until cooked.
Combine the sautéed vegetables and noodles then season with pepper.
