Ingredients

Shell Pasta Soup
10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
3.74 g (2 tsp) Onion, chopped
1.87 g (1 tsp) Carrots, chopped
240 ml (1 cup) Water
50 g (½ cup) Shell pasta noodles
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground

Cooking Instructions

Over medium heat place a sauce pan and pour oil. Sauté garlic, onion and carrots. Add
water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook al dente. Season with pepper.
