Sinigang na Maya-maya
10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, sliced
0.52 g (1 tsp) Tomato, sliced
15 g (1 tbsp) Kamias, sliced
5.63 g (1 tbsp) Ginger, sliced
240 ml (1 cup) Water
35 g (1 slice) Maya-maya
22.5 g (¼ cup) Radish, sliced
10 g (⅛ cup) Chayote tops
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice

Cooking Instructions

Place pan over medium heat. Pour oil and sauté garlic, tomato, kamias and ginger. Add in
water and bring to a boil, then add the fish. Let it simmer.
