0.5 g (¼ tsp) Garlic, minced
35 g (1 serving) Egg white
1.87 g (1 tsp) Spring onion, chopped
12.5 g (2 tbsp) Milk, powdered, non-fat
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
65 g (½ pc) Red Apple

Cooking Instructions

Place pan on medium heat. Pour oil then sauté garlic. Whisk the egg white lightly then add
to the garlic and chopped spring onion. Cook until firm but tender.
