15 g Green peppers, fresh
15 g Red peppers, fresh
15 g Carrots, fresh
2 g White pepper
50 g Eggwhite
75 g White bread (protein-reduced)
20 g Butter, unsalted
Tea
200 ml Tea
20 g Sugar

Cooking Instructions

Eggwhite omlette

Dice green and red pepper, add shredded carrot and season with white pepper. Mix egg
white into the above ingredients. Grease pan with unsalted butter and pour egg mixture
into the pan. Fry both sides until cooked. Remove and put on a serving plate.
