Meat ball soup with Chinese cabbage | |
50 g | Chinese cabbage, fresh |
35 g | Minced pork |
15 g | Cornstarch |
5 g | Green bean noodle |
5 ml | Ginger ale |
5 ml | Sesame oil |
3 g | Minced green onion |
1 ¼ g | Salt |
1 g | Pepper |
Cooking Instructions
Sesame paste noodles
Boil the noodles and remove to a bowl. Add and mix the shredded carrot and boiled
broccoli with boiled noodles and season with sesame paste, sugar, soy sauce and
sunflower oil. Serve.
Meat ball soup with Chinese cabbage
Mix minced pork, minced green onion, ginger ale, salt and cornstarch. Shape into small
meatballs. Blanch meatballs in boiling water and remove to the plate. Stew the Chinese
cabbage with sesame oil first and then add the blanched meatballs, green bean noodles
and seasonings until done. Serve.
