Ingredients

Sesame paste noodles
80 g Noodles, uncooked
10 g Carrots, fresh
10 g Broccoli, fresh
10 g Sesame paste
10 ml Sunflower oil
3 g Sugar
2 ½ ml Soy sauce
Meat ball soup with Chinese cabbage
50 g Chinese cabbage, fresh
35 g Minced pork
15 g Cornstarch
5 g Green bean noodle
5 ml Ginger ale
5 ml Sesame oil
3 g Minced green onion
1 ¼ g Salt
1 g Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Sesame paste noodles

Boil the noodles and remove to a bowl. Add and mix the shredded carrot and boiled
broccoli with boiled noodles and season with sesame paste, sugar, soy sauce and
sunflower oil. Serve.

Meat ball soup with Chinese cabbage

Mix minced pork, minced green onion, ginger ale, salt and cornstarch. Shape into small
meatballs. Blanch meatballs in boiling water and remove to the plate. Stew the Chinese
cabbage with sesame oil first and then add the blanched meatballs, green bean noodles
and seasonings until done. Serve.
