Burdock & teriyaki pork with rice
80 g Rice, uncooked
30 g Burdock, fresh
30 g Pork (bacon section)
3 g Bonito flakes, dried
3 g White sesame seeds, dried
10 ml Sunflower oil
5 ml Soy sauce
3 g Sugar
Fried green cabbage
50 g Green cabbage, fresh
5 ml Olive oil
10 g Shallots, fried
½ g Salt
Seaweed soup
5 g Seaweed, dried
6 g Stalk green onion, fresh
2 ½ ml Sunflower oil
Fresh Fruit
115 g Orange, fresh

Cooking Instructions

Burdock & teriyaki pork with rice

Stir-fry sliced burdock with white sesame seeds until cooked. Add pork and dried bonito
flakes, stir-fry with sauce. Place the Teriyaki pork on rice.

Fried green cabbage

Add salt and canola oil to boiling water. Blanch the green cabbage in it, then shock the
green cabbage in ice water.

Seaweed soup

Cook the dried seaweed and green onions in beef broth.
