30 g Sweet potato flour
15 g Sugar
60 g Pineapple, fresh

Cooking Instructions

Pineapple gelatine

Filter out the pineapple juice. Sift the sweet potato fl our. Mix with cold water and pineapple
juice evenly. Boil and stir until it becomes a translucent paste. Remove to the plate
and steam it. Cut the steamed pineapple gelatin with syrup. Serve.
