Rice vermicelli with tilapia
200 g Rice vermicelli
30 g (8 pieces) Tilapia fish
100 g Alocasia odora
50 g (½ pc) Tomato
Green onion
25 g Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Rice vermicelli with tilapia fish

Peel and cut alocasia odora into pieces, mix these pieces with salt, wash them well. Fry
fish filets then slice them into thin strips. Wash tomato, cut it into pieces, add oil and stir
them until they are well done. Add 350 ml water and boil. Add alocasia odora and continue
boiling until alocasia odora is cooked. Wash rice vermicelli with boiled water and drain well.
Transfer to a bowl, add fish and green onion. Add tomato and alocasia odora soup
