Stir-fried pumpkin (1 medium plate)
200 g Pumpkin
8 g Vegetable oil
Rice
50 g Rice
200 g Clear noodles
30 g Boiled Egg

Cooking Instructions

Fried vermicelli noodles

Heat vegetable oil over high heat then add noodles with 10-15 cm length, stir noodles
quickly until the noodles are deep-fried and take out.
