Eggs in hotpot

Ingredients

50 g Rice, uncooked
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)
50 g Beef, medium fat, fresh
25 g Onions, fresh
20 g Butter
10 ml Olive oil
50 g Eggs
5 g Parsley
2 g Seasonings (salt, black pepper, nutmeg)

Cooking Instructions

Eggs in hotpot with rice and white bread

Preheat oven to 175 °C. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the peeled and chopped onion
as well as the spices. Add meat and fry. Put the olive oil in a hotpot and pour in the fried
meat mixture. Whisk eggs, add parsley and put them on top of the mix. Bake it for 35-45
minutes.
