Carrots in orange sauce

Ingredients

50 g Rice, uncooked
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)
200 g Carrots, frozen
15 ml Olive oil
240 ml Water
2 g Orange flavour
15 ml Orange juice
2 g Seasonings (salt, black pepper, dried mint)

Cooking Instructions

Carrots in orange sauce

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the peeled and chopped carrots for 2-3 minutes. Add
the water and cook till carrots are cooked. Add the flavour and the orange juice and mix.
Serve it with mint and cooked rice.
