200 g Spinach, fresh
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)

Cooking Instructions

Rice with meat and spinach

Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry the chopped onion until golden brown. Add the meat and
season it with salt, pepper and herbs. Finally add the rice together with two glasses of
water. Boil for 2 minutes. At low temperature, simmer for 30-40 minutes. Clean the
spinach and boil until tender. Season the spinach with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
