40 g Beef, medium fat, fresh
10 g Flour
20 ml Olive oil
200 g Green beans, fresh
50 g Onions, fresh
1,000 ml Water
25 g Tomatoes, fresh
5 g Garlic, fresh
1 g Seasonings (herbs, black pepper)
Rice and bread
50 g Rice, uncooked
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)

Cooking Instructions

Beef with green beans and rice

Mix minced meat and flour. Heat the olive oil in a big skillet. Fry the meat in olive oil, then
add green beans and the chopped onions. Fry them together for 1-2 minutes. Add tomato,
garlic, water and spices. Cook it for 30 minutes. Serve with cooked rice and white bread.
