30 ml Milk
200 g Cauliflower, frozen
1 g Seasonings (herbs, black pepper)
50 g Rice, uncooked
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)

Cooking Instructions

Cauliflower puree with rice

Clean and cook the cauliflower until it is soft. Put it into a mixer, add the milk and mix.
Season the puree with spices to taste. Serve the puree with cooked rice and white bread.
