150 g | Rice |
25 g | Steamed carrots |
25 g | Steamed sugar snap peas |
Dressing | |
½ | Onion, cross sliced |
100 ml | Water |
1 tsp | Soy sauce |
1 tsp | Salty soy sauce |
1 tbsp | Margarine to saute |
1 tsp | Cornstarch flour |

Cooking Instructions
Marinated Java Steak
Marinate beef with seasoning, wait about an hour until the juice from meat comes out. Heat margarine over low heat, add beef, flipping once, until cooked through, set aside.
Dressing
Heat margarine, sautéing onion slices until soft over medium heat. Pour water, stirring once, add sugar, salt, soy sauce, salty soy sauce, stir until bubbling. Add cornstarch flour, stir often until smooth, set aside. Top rice, steamed carrots and snaps on the plate, add beef then drizzling beef with dressing.
