Ingredients

Marinated Java Steak
40 g Beef sirloin
10 g Margarine
1 Clove Garlic
1 tsp Soy sauce
to taste Pepper and Nutmeg
Rice, carrots & snaps
150 g Rice
25 g Steamed carrots
25 g Steamed sugar snap peas
Dressing
½ Onion, cross sliced
100 ml Water
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Salty soy sauce
1 tbsp Margarine to saute
1 tsp Cornstarch flour
- Sugar and salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

Marinated Java Steak

Marinate beef with seasoning, wait about an hour until the juice from meat comes out. Heat margarine over low heat, add beef, flipping once, until cooked through, set aside.

Dressing

Heat margarine, sautéing onion slices until soft over medium heat. Pour water, stirring once, add sugar, salt, soy sauce, salty soy sauce, stir until bubbling. Add cornstarch flour, stir often until smooth, set aside. Top rice, steamed carrots and snaps on the plate, add beef then drizzling beef with dressing.
