10 g | Mustard cabbage, fresh |
5 g | Garlic, fresh |
10 g | Carrots, fresh |
⅛ g (½ pinch) | Pepper |
1 ml | Sweet soya sauce |
10 g | Leeks, fresh |
⅛ g (½ pinch) | Salt |
5 ml | Palm oil |
40 g | Omelette |
Sweet tea | |
200 ml | Sweet tea |
10 g | Sugar |
Cooking Instructions
Fried noodles
Put the dried noodles in boiling water and cook until the noodles are soft. Prepare the omelette. Set aside. Sauté chopped garlic until it is golden, add salt, fi nely sliced cabbage, carrots and cook until the vegetables are well done. Season with sweet soy sauce, sugar and pepper and mix well. Add the noodles whilst stirring and allow to cook for a further few minutes. Serve the noodles together with the omelette.
