Cooking Instructions
Potato soup
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with soup stock and additional water. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Do not drain. Reduce heat to low and pour in the milk. Mash the potatoes in the pot with a potato masher. Season the soup with salt, pepper, marjoram and coriander to taste.
Roasted pork meat with green beans
Heat the oil in a skillet. Fry the pork until tender and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the beans in water until tender. While the beans are simmering, heat oil in a sauce pan and sauté the chopped onion. Whisk in the starch until it‘s well blended. Then add the water, whisking until it‘s thick and creamy. Turn the heat to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the fl our/water mixture to the beans. Season the vegetables with spices to taste.
