Spaghetti with tomato sauce
100 g Spaghetti (proteinreduced), uncooked
5 ml Olive oil
5 g Basil
1/4 g (1 pinch) Pepper
40 g Tomatoes, fresh
5 g Parsley
5 g Onion, fresh
20 ml Cream (30% fat)
Courgette with bread
100 g Courgette, fresh
7 ml Vinegar
10 ml Olive oil
¼ g (1 pinch) Black pepper
¼ g (1 pinch) Salt
¼ g (1 pinch) Garlic or rosemary
50 g Bread (protein-reduced)
Apple pie with fruits
30 g Flour (proteinreduced)
1.2 g Chem yeast
6 g Butter
24 g Apples, fresh
6 g Sugar
12 ml Water
- Lemon peel
1.2 g Vanilla sugar
200 g Apples, fresh

Spaghetti with tomato sauce

Take out seeds and liquid of peeled tomatoes, mash well. Braise chopped onions, pepper, garlic and parsley in a pot for about 10 minutes. Remove garlic, parsley and pepper – then add mashed tomatoes and the rest of the oil.

 

Second course: Courgette

Cut the courgettes in slices and fry in a pan with oil and rosemary. Pour off the leftover oil and place the courgette on a plate, sprinkle with heated vinegar and a few thin slices of ginger and garlic. Cover with tin foil and keep for at least 1 day in a cool place to soak.

 

Dessert: Apple pie

Apple pie (whole cake): Prepare compact yeast dough with the protein-reduced flour (250 g), water (100 ml), sugar (50 g), vanilla sugar (10 g), yeast (10 g) and melted butter or margarine (50 g). Peel apples (200 g), cut in slices and place on the rolled out dough. Let the dough rise for 30 min (30–40 °C). Then bake the pie (180 °C). After for 30–40 min sprinkle some vanilla sugar, cover and place in the oven for another 20 min.
