3.74 g (2 tsp) | Onion, chopped |
1.87 g (1 tsp) | Carrots, chopped |
240 ml (1 cup) | Water |
50 g (½ cup) | Shell pasta noodles |
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) | Pepper, ground |
Cooking Instructions
Over medium heat place a sauce pan and pour oil. Sauté garlic, onion and carrots. Add
water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook al dente. Season with pepper.
