Ingredients

Poached Eggwhite
240 ml (1 cup) Water
35 g (1 serving) Eggwhite
5 ml (1 tsp) Vinegar
Garlic Fried Rice
20 ml (4 tsp) Milk, powdered, non-fat
1.87 g (1 tsp) Cooking oil
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
12.5 g (2 tbsp) Red Apple
60 g (1 slice) Mango, ripe

Cooking Instructions

Poached Eggwhite

Place a pan over medium heat. Pour water into the pan and bring the water to a simmer.
Gently put the egg white into the water then add vinegar. Cook until the egg looks a little firm and
opaque.

Garlic Fried Rice

Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, put garlic and cook
until golden brown. Add the rice.
