Ingredients

Pesang Bangus
10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
5.63 g (1 tbsp) Ginger, julienned
35 g (1 slice) Bangus
4 pcs Peppercorn
22.5 g (¼ cup) Upo, sliced
22.5 g (¼ cup) Cabbage, sliced
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
37.5 g (4 pcs) Lychees

Cooking Instructions

Place a saucepan over medium heat and add oil. Sauté ginger then add the fish and peppercorn. Add in ¾ cup water and simmer until cooked. Add upo and cabbage and cook until tender.
