50 g Beef, medium fat, fresh
25 g White bread (protein-reduced)
50 g Eggs
25 g Onions, fresh
1 g Seasonings (herbs, black pepper)
2 g Parsley, fresh
200 g Carrots, fresh
50 g Rice, uncooked

Cooking Instructions

Meat balls with rice and carrots

Preheat oven to 175 °C. Mix the minced meat, bread (only the inside), egg and the spices and knead them for 2 minutes. Place the meat balls on an aluminium foil and wrap them in the foil. Bake them for 35-45 minutes. Serve with cooked rice and carrots.
