200 g | Carrots, frozen |
15 ml | Olive oil |
240 ml | Water |
2 g | Orange flavour |
15 ml | Orange juice |
2 g | Seasonings (salt, black pepper, dried mint) |
Cooking Instructions
Carrots in orange sauce
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the peeled and chopped carrots for 2-3 minutes. Add
the water and cook till carrots are cooked. Add the flavour and the orange juice and mix.
Serve it with mint and cooked rice.
