Ingredients

2 g (1 tbsp) Garlic
90 g (1 cup) Fresh small noodles
15 g (1 tbsp) Pork balls
15 ml (1 tbsp) Minced pork
30 ml (½ cup) Green lettuce leaves
5 g (1 tbsp) Deep fried garlic
1 g (½ tbsp) Coriander
2 g (½ tbsp) Green onion
2 ml (½ tsp) Fish sauce
5 g (1 tsp) White sugar
Fresh Fruit
2 medium (5x5 cm) Tangerine oranges

Cooking Instructions

Small rice noodles with minced pork and pork balls (Sen Lek Hang Look Chin Moo)

Soak small rice noodles for 10 minutes, drain, and set aside. Cut green onion and coriander,
pick green lettuce leaves, wash all vegetables, pat dry and slice finely. Then put each
in bowl and set aside. Pour water in a pot, bring to the boil over high heat, add the small
rice noodles for 1 minute, drain and put in a serving bowl that has sliced green lettuce on
the bottom. Add fried minced garlic with oil to rice noodles, stir thoroughly and set aside.
Pour water into another pot, bring to the boil over medium-high heat. When the soup is
boiling, add pork balls and minced pork, stir well and allow to boil again. Spoon pork balls
into a serving bowl. Season with fish sauce and sugar, sprinkle with sliced green onion,
coriander and fried garlic. Serve immediately.
