Rice and vermicelli noodles
20 g Rice
80 g Vermicelle Noodles
Stir-fried beef with Vietnamese parsley
20 g Beef
100 g Vietnamese parsley
10 g Vegetable oil
Fresh fruit
50 g Winter melon

Cooking Instructions

Rice and vermicelli noodles

Wash rice. Wash vermicelli noodles, soak noodles in water for 15 minutes then take out.
Cut noodles into 0.5-1 cm lengths and drain well. Put the rice into pot with water and wait until rice is boiling, then mix vermicelli noodles. Close the lid, continue boiling with small flame until rice is
cooked. (If you are using the rice cooker, add noodles and mix well when the rice is boiling, continue
waiting until rice is well done). If you are eating with the whole family, add vermicelli noodles in a corner when boiling rice is low. When serving, take noodles with equivalent amount of rice (50 g rice = 2/3 small bowl) and mix well.
