Buttered Squash | |
15 g (3 tsp) | Butter, unsalted |
22.5 g (¼ cup) | Squash, diced and boiled |
1.87 g (1 tsp) | Spring onion, chopped |
160 g (1 cup) | Steamed rice |
Cooking Instructions
Pork Embutido
Combine all ingredients well and form into a log. Place in a foil and steam until cooked.
Buttered Squash
In a medium heated pan, melt butter and add in squash. Put in spring onion just before
serving.
