Ingredients

Pork Embutido
35 g (2 tbsp) Pork, ground
3.74 g (2 tsp) Onion, chopped
3.74 g (2 tsp) Carrots, shredded
5 g (2 tbsp) Bread, cubed
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
4.4 g (1 tbsp) Egg, beaten
Buttered Squash
15 g (3 tsp) Butter, unsalted
22.5 g (¼ cup) Squash, diced and boiled
1.87 g (1 tsp) Spring onion, chopped
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice

Cooking Instructions

Pork Embutido

Combine all ingredients well and form into a log. Place in a foil and steam until cooked.

Buttered Squash

In a medium heated pan, melt butter and add in squash. Put in spring onion just before
serving.
