100 g | Lettuce, fresh |
10 ml (1 tbsp) | Olive oil |

Cooking Instructions
Pizza
Sieve the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it prove. Add the remaining water, sugar, salt and olive oil to the fl our and prepare a yeast dough. Beat the dough until it is removed from the ground of the boil. Then let it prove covered at a warm location. Preheat the oven at 200 °C. Roll out the dough and give it on a greased baking sheet. Cut the onions and peppers in thin strips and spread it together with the other ingredients of the topping on the pizza dough. Let it prove again for a short time and then bake it for 20–30 minutes. Tip: The pizza dough can also be bought.
Lettuce salad
Clean the lettuce, wash it and spin it dry. For the dressing, mix the vinegar (Aceto Balsamico), olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the dressing to the salad. Tip: You can serve a mixed salad to the pizza, too.
