Ingredients

10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
5.63 g (1 tbsp) Red and green bell pepper
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
12.5 g (2 tbsp) Milk, powdered, non-fat
35 g (1 serving) Eggwhite
200 g (1 ⅛ cup) Steamed rice
85 g (1 pc) Pear

Cooking Instructions

Place a pan over medium heat. Pour oil and sauté the garlic with the red and green bell peppers. Then season with pepper and set aside.

Whisk the eggwhite in a bowl and add the sautéed items. Cook the mixture in a non-sticky pan.
