1 g | Parsley |
25 g | Onions, fresh |
5 g | Mint, dried |
100 g | Peas, frozen |
2 ml | Lemon flavour |
5 g | Lemon slices |
15 ml | Olive oil |
Green salad | |
200 g | Green salad, fresh |
30 ml | Olive oil |
15 ml | Vinegar |
1 g | Salt |
1 g | Pepper |
Cooking Instructions
Pasta with lemon peas and green salad
Boil the noodles until tender. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the peeled and chopped
onion until golden brown. Then add the peas and cook until slightly tender. Add the mint
and the lemon flavour and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve them with lemon slices.
Rinse the leaves of green salad. Drain the water and put the leaves in a bowl. Mix with
olive oil and vinegar and season the salad with herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
