50 g Pasta (protein-reduced), uncooked
50 g White bread (protein-reduced)
20 g Butter
200 g Leeks, fresh
480 ml Water
1 g Seasonings (salt, black pepper, nutmeg)

Cooking Instructions

Pasta with leek

Boil the noodles until tender. Preheat oven to 175 °C. Cut both top and bottom end off the leeks. Hold the leeks under running water for cleaning. Cut the leeks into pieces (10 cm). Put the leeks on a backing tray and add some water (about 5 mm high), pepper the leek and grate some nutmeg on it. Add a knob of butter. Cook it for 45 minutes and check. Add water if necessary.
