Oats Dosa (3 pieces)
Wash the oats and rice thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 15-20 minutes. When soaked, pour into a blender and grind well. Cover and leave in a warm place for 15- 20 minutes. Add chopped green chilli, salt (as per doctor’s suggestion), cumin and a little water to make a batter of thin pouring consistency. Heat the non-stick pan. Smear with oil. Spread a ladle full of batter from inside to outside of pan. When the edges turn brown, put a few drops of oil on the sides and on the Dosa. Turn up side down carefully and cook Dosa on both sides. This Dosa won’t be crisp. It will be a little soft and very tasty.
