80 g Tomatoes, fresh
50 g Rice, uncooked
50 g Chicken filet, fresh
5 g Ginger, fresh
⅛ g (½ pinch) Salt
⅛ g (½ pinch) White pepper
Fresh Fruit
170 g Honeydew melon, fresh

Cooking Instructions

New style chicken rice

Clean and slice the chicken fillet thinly. Season the chicken with a little salt, white pepper
and a bit of water. Steam the chicken for 5-6 minutes with ginger. Arrange the chicken in
between slices of tomatoes. Serve with rice and buttered bread.
