Scrambled Eggwhite
35 g (1 serving) Eggwhite
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
5 ml (1 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
1.87 g (1 tsp) Onion, chopped
1.87 g (1 tsp) Carrots, chopped
1.87 g (1 tsp) Corn kernel
Garlic Fried Rice
12.5 g (2 tbsp) Milk, powdered, non-fat
20 ml (4 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
80 ml Orange juice, unsweetened

Cooking Instructions

Neptune Scrambled Eggwhite

Lightly whisk the eggwhite and add pepper. Heat a non-stick pan then add oil. Sauté garlic,
onion, carrots and corn kernel until cooked. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and gently
stir as the mixture thickens. When almost cooked, turn the heat off and cover the pan with
a lid.

Garlic Fried Rice

Heat the pan and pour the cooking oil. When the oil is hot enough, put garlic and cook
until golden brown. Add the rice.
