Ingredients

Mushroom toast
100 g White bread (protein-reduced)
10 ml (1 tbsp) Olive oil
150 g Mushrooms, canned
20 g Onions, fresh
¼ g (1 pinch) Pepper
¼ g (1 pinch) Parsley Mozzarella
30 g Mozzarella cheese
Green salad
100 g Lettuce, fresh
5 ml (1 tsp) Vinegar
10 ml (1 tbsp) Olive oil
¼ g (1 pinch) Salt
¼ g (1 pinch) Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Mushroom toast

Toast the two slices of white bread and cut the Mozzarella cheese into small slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut it into slices, too. Cut the onion into cubes. Steam the onion and mushrooms and season with pepper and parsley. Bring the mixture on the two slices of bread, cover them with Mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven/under the grill.

 

Green salad

Clean and dry the lettuce. For the dressing, mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and dress the salad.
