Meat balls with rice and cabbage salad
Ingredients
50 g | Pork minced, fresh |
20 g | Rice, cooked |
10 ml | Olive oil |
1g | Seasonings (herbs, salt, black pepper) |
200 g | Cabbage, fresh |
5 g | Mint, dried |
10 ml | Olive oil |
20 g | Onions, fresh |
1 g | Salt |
1 g | Pepper, black |
15 ml | Vinegar |
50 g | White bread (protein-reduced) |
Cooking Instructions
Mix the minced pork with the cooked rice and the spices. Form small meat balls. Heat a
large heavy skillet and add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Fry the meat balls until tender.
Clean and slice the cabbage. Season it with mint. Put the cabbage in a bowl. Season the
cabbage with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs to taste. Serve cold.
