Lugaw with Chives (Kutsay) | |
5 ml (1 tsp) | Cooking oil |
1.87 g (1 tsp) | Garlic, minced |
1.87 g (1tsp) | Ginger, minced |
240 ml (1 cup) | Water |
30 g (⅛ cup) | Rice, uncooked |
3.74 g (2 tsp) | Pepper, ground |
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) | Pandesal |
20 g (1 pc) | Chives (Kutsay), chopped |
10 g (2 tsp) | Margarine, unsalted |
Cooking Instructions
In a hot pan, pour oil and sauté garlic, ginger and rice. Add in water and bring to a boil.
Simmer until rice is cooked. Put chives and pepper before serving.
