Ingredients

Lugaw with Chives (Kutsay)
5 ml (1 tsp) Cooking oil
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
1.87 g (1tsp) Ginger, minced
240 ml (1 cup) Water
30 g (⅛ cup) Rice, uncooked
3.74 g (2 tsp) Pepper, ground
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pandesal
20 g (1 pc) Chives (Kutsay), chopped
10 g (2 tsp) Margarine, unsalted

Cooking Instructions

In a hot pan, pour oil and sauté garlic, ginger and rice. Add in water and bring to a boil.
Simmer until rice is cooked. Put chives and pepper before serving.
