Lemon cream
10 g Sugar
8 g Corn starch
30 ml Lemon juice
10 g Egg

Cooking Instructions

Lemon cream

Bring water to the boil, add sugar and the corn starch which has been dissolved in lemon juice and water, stir continuously. When it starts to boil remove from the stove and set aside to cool. Beat egg and pour it into the cooled mixture stirring it until it has a cream-like consistency.
