30 g Wheat flour
100 ml Coconut milk
10 g Rice flour
25 g Sugar
- Vanilla powder to taste

Cooking Instructions

Layer Cake Sago

Boil coconut milk and sugar while stirring. Mix wheat flour and rice flour, add vanilla powder. Gradually pour coconut milk into flour dough while still until smooth and slick. Prepare the cake pan, basting with palm oil and line it with plastic. Divide the dough into several pieces, then add food coloring to taste. If you do not want colored, dough can be directly poured into the pan, then steamed until cooked. Pour white batter into molds and steam for 5 minutes. Pour batter on top of other colors and steam for another 5 minutes, and so on until the dough runs out. Steam until cooked. Freeze and serve.
