Ingredients

Kue Hunkwee Nangka
15 g Mung bean flour
10 g Sugar
30 ml Coconut milk
20 g Honey
10 g Jackfruit

Cooking Instructions

Kue Hunkwee Nangka

Dilute mung bean flour with some of the coconut milk and set aside. Boil remaining coconut milk, then add mung bean flour mixture and stir. Add sugar and honey, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Add Jackfruit, stir well and remove from heat. Pour the mixture into moulds. Leave to cool.
