35 g (1 pc) Tilapia, small
10 ml (2 tsp) Calamansi
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
45 g (1 pc) Chico
Native Lettuce Salad
5 g (⅛ cup) Cucumber, seeded then sliced
5 g (⅛ cup) Native lettuce, cut
10 g (2 tsp) Mayonnaise
1.25 g (¼ tsp) Mustard dressing

Cooking Instructions

Inihaw na Tilapia

Marinade the fish in calamansi and pepper for 15 minutes. Place the griller over medium
heat and brush with oil. Roast the fish until cooked but juicy.

Native Lettuce Salad

Combine cucumber and lettuce and keep in the chiller. Mix mayonnaise and mustard and
drizzle over the salad just before serving.
