Fried rice and vermicelli noodles with meat and chard
90 g Vermicelli noodles
30 g (1 cup) Rice
30 g Lean meat
50 g Chard
25 g (5x5 ml spoons) Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

Fried rice and vermicelli noodles with meat and chard

Wash vermicelli noodles, boil noodles until they are well done. Cut noodles into 1 cm
lengths. Mince meat or slice it in very thin strips. Wash chard, cut it into 3 cm lengths.
Stir-fry chard and lean meat with 10 g vegetable oil. Mix ½ bowl of rice and vermicelli
noodles with 15 g oil until they are well done, mix with fried chard and lean meat, transfer
to a plate.
