Ingredients

Flat Rice Noodle Soup
10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
2.5 g (½ tsp) Annato seeds (Atsuete)
1.87 g (1 tsp) Garlic, minced
5.63 g (1 tbsp) Onion, sliced
5.63 g (1 tbsp) Cabbage, thinly sliced
240 ml (1 cup) Water
37.5 g (½ cup) Flat rice noodles
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground

Cooking Instructions

Place pan over medium heat. Pour oil into the pan and sauté annatto seeds until the oil
turns dark orange. Remove the seeds. Sauté garlic, onion and cabbage. Add in water and
bring to a boil. Put in the noodles and cook until tender. Season with pepper.
