Cooking Instructions
Dried bean stew with meat, rice and salad
Wash the dried beans and soak in water overnight. Peel the onions, wash, chop finely and
fry them in olive oil. Add the beans together with the chopped meat. Chop the tomatoes
into 1 cm cubes before adding them to the beans/meat. Season it with salt and pepper.
Add the remaining water, stir and cook for approximately 30 minutes until tender. Cook
the rice.
For the salad, chop the onions as well as wash and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Place in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, red pepper and mint; mix well.
Chill and serve.
