Ingredients

10 ml (2 tsp) Cooking oil
10 g (2 tsp) Garlic, minced
3.74 (2 tsp) Onion, sliced
15 g (1 tbsp) Ginger, chopped
0.23 g (⅛ tsp) Pepper, ground
30 g (¼ part) Chicken breast
22.5 g (¼ cup) Chayote fruit
11.25 g (⅛ cup) Pepper leaves
160 g (1 cup) Steamed rice
60 g (1 pc) Dalanghita

Cooking Instructions

Place a saucepan over medium heat. Pour oil and sauté garlic, onion, ginger, pepper and
chicken. Add about ¾ cup of water and simmer until cooked. Add in chayote fruit until
tender. Put pepper leaves just before removing from heat.
