200 ml Whipped cream (30% fat)
150 ml Milk
25 g Egg yoke, fresh
25 g Sugar
5 g Cocoa

Cooking Instructions

Chocolate ice cream

Mix together, cream, milk, sugar and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stir with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Gradually add the chocolate mixture. Beat until well blended and chill for 30 minutes.
