25 g Mung bean flour
10 g Sugar
75 ml Coconut milk
⅛ g (½ pinch) Salt
50 g Sago seed
20 g Honey
- Banana leaves or plastic sheets

Cooking Instructions

Cente Manis

Cook sago pits until done and transparent, rinse and drain. Dilute the fl our with part of the coconut milk and set aside. Boil remaining coconut milk with salt, then add fl our-liquid and stir. Add sugar and vanilla (optional) and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add sago pits. Stir well and remove. Wrap 2 tablespoons of dough in a banana leaf or plastic sheet. Roll and fold both sides to the centre. Leave to cool and serve.
